Experience
Product and Operations Lead
Vidiv | June 2025 – February 2026
I led the consolidation of Vidiv’s core product following the company’s strategic pivot: a voice conversational agents platform with sub-second latency.
- Defined and implemented product development processes: feature specification with problem/solution, scope management, resource allocation, and success metrics definition
- Established profitability model for partners (3 partners managing ~20 clients), including time tracking and profit margins, transitioning the process to the sales team
- Reached 3,000 monthly usage minutes (north star metric), with peaks of 5,000 minutes during high-demand periods
- Shipped 70+ features in 6 months with a 2-person team (designer and developer), maintaining weekly release cadence
- Prioritized roadmap agilely based on direct feedback from clients and partners, focusing on improving agent creation tools
Tools: Notion (product management), Figma (design), Linear (personal task tracking), Claude (feature definition and strategy), Cursor (prompt development), Lovable (vibe coding for rapid prototyping and hypothesis validation)
I’ve shared three years with Azur at Vidiv and I can say he’s one of the most well-rounded professionals I’ve worked with. We started as developer and designer, but seeing his evolution to Product and Operations Lead was natural: Azur is one of those people gifted with sharp and deep vision of what a digital product is.
As a Full-stack developer, I enormously value his ability to synthesize; he knows how to diagnose complex problems and simplify them brilliantly. We formed a duo I’m very proud of, launching features with enviable agility and consistency. Additionally, his management of organization and his empathy were key to maintaining a healthy pace and avoiding burnout. He’s an incredible professional and a person who’s a pleasure to work with.

I worked side by side with Azur González as an AI voice agent implementer, participating directly in the implementation of several projects and collaborating very closely on a day-to-day basis.
Azur is a product leader who’s hard to find: he combines judgment, empathy, business vision, and great execution capacity. He always had clarity about the product direction and knew how to share the roadmap simply, aligning team, clients, and partners in the same direction.
He deeply understands design, technology, and this new AI-driven era, so conversations were always high-level and focused on generating real impact. He asks the right questions, prioritizes what matters, and unblocks complex problems with calm and common sense.
He generates a lot of trust among all stakeholders and, additionally, has a critical and very refined eye for design and user experience, something that greatly elevates the final product quality.
I recommend him without hesitation for any product leadership role where design, technology, and AI are key.

Design Team Lead
Visual MS | September 2023 – February 2026
I led strategic design initiatives for Visual MS group, including the redesign of the main corporate identity that laid the foundation for group companies and future integrations.
- Managed designers’ migration from Sketch to Figma, a change requested for years
- Reduced software costs by migrating Adobe subscriptions to Affinity Suite, generating thousands of euros in savings without team friction
- Coordinated audiovisual team to produce Miguel Arias’s “Close & Personal” podcast, with high-profile guests: José María Álvarez-Pallete (ex-CEO Telefónica), Ana Pastor (Newtral founder), Jon Riberas
- Implemented AI-focused initiatives: access to Freepik and Lovable for design team experimentation spaces
Tools: Figma, Affinity Suite, generative AI tools
I’ve had the fortune of working with Azur during his time as a designer at Visual MS.
He’s not just a designer with good aesthetic judgment—which he has—but someone who understands design as a tool to solve real business problems. He has the ability to bring ideas down to earth, prioritize, simplify, and make things move forward.
Throughout this time he’s touched practically every area: brand, communications, marketing, product, processes… and in all of them he’s brought clarity, method, and efficiency. When a project got stuck or became diffuse, his practical and organized approach helped unblock it and turn it into something executable and real.
Additionally, he’s a curious person when it comes to design, culture, and technology, always looking to learn and incorporate new tools and processes into his work methodology.
Any company looking for someone solid, versatile, and reliable in design is going to gain a lot with him.

Product Leadership and Culture Program
Instituto Tramontana | October 2024 – March 2025
This program trained me to lead product teams combining critical thinking with practical execution. I learned to make decisions under uncertainty, build product narratives connected with real people, and manage autonomous teams. The humanistic and multidisciplinary approach—integrating economics, anthropology, and psychology—helped me develop my own judgment beyond prescriptive methodologies, enabling me to navigate complex contexts and create product culture in organizations.
Program Director: Íñigo Medina
I met Azur in the Product Leadership and Culture program at Instituto Tramontana, and I was lucky to work with him on our final project: MAPIA, a Mailchimp add-on that used AI to personalize each message based on the information you had about your contacts.
Azur is one of those people you want on your team. Not just because he’s a great designer, but because he truly understands product. He has the judgment to make decisions and the ability to make them happen.
His experience working at Vidiv means that when he talks about AI, it’s not just theory. He knows how to use it to solve real problems. That, combined with his eye for design and his product vision, makes him someone great to work with.

DesignOps
Instituto Tramontana | November 2023
This course equipped me to structure and scale design teams from a strategic and systemic perspective. I learned to evaluate organizational maturity in design, create results-oriented cultures that prioritize people, and design DesignOps strategies adapted to specific contexts. The focus on systems thinking allowed me to understand how to organize design teams to maximize their impact, establish processes that favor autonomy without sacrificing coherence, and activate cultural changes that elevate design from tactical function to strategic organizational capability.
