A few weeks ago we were lucky to have part of the Menéame team (thanks, Patricia and Daniel) in the Interaction Design Program at Instituto Tramontana. That is, we met part of the history of the Internet in Spain. First hand.
We learned about the platform's evolution, revisions, challenges and solutions, failures and successes…
And from there, the idea arose to do as an exercise a hybridization of Menéame with another digital product.
I got together with Jan Bartomeu and we shaped a new product using Car Thing, from Spotify, as a base.
Experimenting and exploring to expand the boundaries of an existing product into new territories.
